Admissions

Between sixty and seventy boys are admitted to the School in the September of each academic year.  Normally boys will be over 13 but under 14 years of age on 1st September of the year in which they enter the School.

ImageIf there is a place available, in special cases, a boy may be considered at a later date for the basic course and/or the extended course.

Candidates are offered places on an assessment of their aptitude for the unique curriculum Brymore offers. Evidence is gathered from a boy's previous school, an application form, a questionnaire and a short essay. Candidates and their parents are then expected to attend an interview with the Headteacher and perhaps a school governor, at the school, to substantiate their suitability for a place.

Boys resident throughout the United Kingdom are eligible for entry. Parents who wish their son to be considered for entry to Brymore should contact the School. The full admissions policy is available from the School by request.
